Box Construction
- 3/4" plywood
- Synthrotek 84 HP rail set with threaded nut strips
- 18-3/8" Wide
- 6-1/2" tall
- 4-3/4" deep
- Glued together/clamped
- Didn't use screws
- Did not use 1/4-20 screws, drilled small holes into back of rails and screwed rails down w/ wood screws
- Rails are flush to box edges
- Next one
- Screw in rails before gluing up box
