RTS/CTS Rework
- Board uses CH340 USB to Serial I/F
- Hardware handshakes are in the CH340 IC but not wire on the board
- This is an issue for slower serial emulations which need to throttle the host CPU
- Remove LEDs D9, D10
- Add wire D10 (left side) to U6-11 (CTS) (in to CH340)
- Add wire D10 (left side) to U6-16 (RTS) (out of CH340)
